Areas of Expertise

Psychotherapy

Think traditional talk-therapy. If you're looking for a place where you can come and get feedback for the things that are going on in your life and have a better handle on how they're impacting your day-to-day operations, this is it. It's not advice - it's using your own information, with a sounding board, to better manage.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

The Cognitive Behavioral Therapy triangle has three parts - thoughts, behaviors, and feelings. They're all connected. By changing just one part, we can impact the other and help you feel better.

Perinatal Mental Health

Infertility, pregnancy, delivery, and miscarriage are all life-changing events and each comes with their own unique challenges. With shifts in hormones, mental health can be unpredictable. Working together, we can help you feel your best during this stressful time.

Sex Therapy

Sex therapy is multi-dimensional. Together we can work on a variety of sexual concerns, including mismatched libidos, concerns with orgasms, and gender-affirming care.

Gender Affirming Care

Access to many forms of gender affirming care require a letter of support by a licensed therapist. I am trained in completing these, and together we can ensure that you get your needs met.

My Approach

You're the expert on you, but I can help you take better care of yourself and learn how to keep yourself moving forward in the direction of your goals. Through psychotherapy, skills-based treatment (CBT and DBT), and learning about relationships, you and I can work together to help you feel better not just today, but in the future too. Using a direct approach, filled with humor and care, I aim to help you feel your best.
