About Me
The Full Story
I decided to become a therapist after my undergraduate studies in Psychology at the University at Buffalo showed me that there was a need for kind, compassionate care, and that I wanted to be able to work directly with the community.

I have worked in a variety of settings since earning my MSW from the University at Buffalo in 2008. In my years of practice, I have worked at county-run outpatient mental health clinics, Continuing Day Treatment, PROS, as well as at a local community mental health clinic. I have provided therapy services for 16 years and feel proud of the work I have done.

I specialize in the areas of relationship issues, depression, anxiety, and sex therapy. I am intensively trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and EMDR, hold a certificate in Sex Therapy, and have earned a certification in Perinatal Mental Health.

I am dedicated to helping my patients build lives worth living by helping them learn coping skills, set limits, and improve their general well-being.
